What you'll do

• Schedule and supervise staff and cover staffing when needed
• maintain a staggered schedule with the Resident Services Director, including a rotational on-call schedule
• train and orient staff
• establish and maintain a compliant medication system
• complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews
• ensure adherence to company policy and applicable codes and regulations
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• conduct assigned assessments and reassessments
• communicate with residents, families, staff, and leadership
• identify and report safety or quality issues.
