What you'll do

• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries
• develop individualized treatment plans
• conduct new-patient evaluations and follow-ups
• perform minimally invasive procedures such as joint, trigger-point, and spine injections under fluoroscopy or ultrasound guidance
• coordinate multidisciplinary care
• document in the EHR
• follow regulatory and billing requirements
• communicate with staff, referring providers, and case stakeholders
• travel to scheduled clinic locations as required.
