What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop six department leads
• run weekly, monthly, and quarterly management cadence
• ensure decisions are implemented
• lead executive-level cross-department projects
• translate CEO direction and board priorities into department expectations and operating plans
• coordinate across program, real estate, and development leadership
• present operating financial performance to the Finance Committee alongside the CEO.
