What you'll do

• Manage material requests and purchase orders
• obtain supplier pricing, confirm orders, schedule deliveries, and expedite requests
• verify purchase order details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and job details
• track orders and resolve issues
• build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
• maintain purchasing documentation
• coordinate material, tool, rental, and job-to-job transfers
• provide pricing and product information to project managers and estimators
• support project and vendor meetings
• coordinate documentation with accounting.
