What you'll do

• Manage a caseload involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• take and defend depositions
• prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• negotiate with insurers
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with legal staff
• and appear in Virginia courts as needed.
