What you'll do

• Complete and oversee MDS assessments under federal and state regulations
• ensure care plans include appropriate Care Area Assessments and meet required timeframes
• maintain assessment calendars and schedules
• review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and reimbursement optimization
• audit coding and documentation
• advise and train facility staff on MDS processes and requirements
• support Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care compliance and quality improvement.
