Residential MEP Technician

Job overview

The Residential MEP Technician works onsite in Middletown, PA. Compensation is $26–$40 per hour. The role supports residential new construction, remodeling, renovation, and addition projects for the client represented by Confidential Recruiting Partners. The technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with basic HVAC and ductwork. The work contributes to quality project completion through coordination with project teams, code compliance, inspections, and project closeout support.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and repair residential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• perform testing, troubleshooting, and system verification
• complete rough-in and finish work across trades
• read blueprints and schematics
• coordinate with project teams and subcontractors
• assist with planning, material takeoffs, punch lists, and closeout
• maintain documentation and safe, organized work areas
• inspect completed work and address deficiencies.
