What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support property management team members
• build relationships with healthcare partners, tenants, vendors, and local contacts
• manage tenant outreach, surveys, and action plans
• address tenant concerns
• develop operating budgets and five-year capital plans
• review cash flows, financial reports, expenses, invoices, receivables, and delinquencies
• inspect properties and follow up on repairs
• partner with building and chief engineers
• support leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions as needed
• coordinate market data and tenant move-ins and move-outs
• maintain operational and corporate compliance
• travel up to 10% as needed.

Why this role

Requires 7–10 years of commercial property management experience and 3–5 years managing a diverse property management team; healthcare property management experience is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree and BOMA, IREM, or CCIM designation are preferred.
