What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with store operations, including accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service
• support and direct store team members
• provide customer service according to company policies
• train team members and communicate policies
• help resolve store issues
• maintain merchandising and inventory levels
• support inventory control, equipment condition, staffing, labor budgets, paperwork, and safety practices
• oversee food-service standards and promotions
• manage store operations in the General Manager’s absence
• learn and understand profit-and-loss statements.
