Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status. Formulates nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans. Provides nutrition education for self-management. Participates in clinical rounds and cross-covers in areas including Neonatal ICU and Pediatrics.
