The Mixer — Night Shift role is onsite in Hurricane, UT, on the 223 C/D schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with a $3 per hour D/C shift differential. The Mixer supports the performance of the spice, prep, and testing mix systems by preparing batches accurately, operating production equipment and automation, and maintaining food safety, allergen controls, inventory accuracy, and production records.

What you'll do

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems
• operate batch automation systems
• change over and wash machinery between batches while following allergen protocols
• keep production areas clean and organized
• use scanners and inventory software to follow FIFO
• requisition supplies and maintain production records
• follow food safety policies and report concerns
• work flexible hours, including frequent overtime and weekends.
