What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff
• monitor residents’ conditions and ensure appropriate care
• respond to changes and initiate interventions
• communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• guide CNAs, LPNs, and other staff
• oversee medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders
• conduct rounds
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• address clinical and staffing concerns
• support compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
