Floating Teacher — Infant, Toddler, and Preschool

What you'll do

• Cover infant and toddler lead and assistant teachers during scheduled breaks
• step into classrooms to maintain ratios and continuity of care
• provide on-call coverage for staff absences when needed
• support feeding, diapering, napping, and play
• maintain a safe, clean, nurturing environment
• follow OCFS regulations and center policies
• build relationships with children, staff, and families
• assist with transitions and daily classroom needs.
