What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, food carts, and food-preparation equipment
• empty and sanitize trash containers
• receive and store supplies and cold stock
• maintain food storage areas and kitchen cleanliness
• check kitchen temperatures
• assist with buffet setup and special functions
• follow sanitation guidelines and demonstrate positive resident relations.
