Slitter Operator – First Shift

What you'll do

• Set up and operate slitter machinery according to production orders and specifications
• monitor machine performance and adjust as needed
• verify dimensions, cuts, and product quality
• read work orders, schedules, and specifications
• perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• remove waste and maintain an organized work area
• record production, downtime, and quality information
• follow safety policies and OSHA regulations
• assist with changeovers and report equipment, safety, or quality issues.
