The Car Rental Carcierge — Guest Services role is onsite in Reno, NV. Pay is $19 per hour plus earned, unlimited monthly commission. Go Rentals provides rental vehicles and personalized service to private aviation guests, travelers, and luxury clientele. The role serves as a guest-facing point of contact throughout the rental experience, combining customer service, rental contract processing, and vehicle preparation. Building rapport with guests and partners while ensuring vehicles and paperwork are ready supports the company’s customized service approach.

What you'll do

• Provide a high-quality guest experience at FBO and hotel locations
• answer calls and respond to guest inquiries
• negotiate, open, and close rental contracts and complete required paperwork
• communicate product and policy information
• clean, detail, and present vehicles
• provide guest pickup and drop-off service
• build rapport with guests and identify new guest opportunities.

Why this role

Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is important. Requires a high school diploma or GED, unrestricted driver’s license, one to two years of driving experience, insurability, sales and customer service experience, and age 21 or older. Willingness to travel for extended periods is required.
