Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator role is an onsite position based in Cuddy, PA. as a fixed annual salary, with a pay range of $19.99-$27.48 per hour, supporting the Friendship Village of South Hills community. This role exists to maintain and optimize team member schedules and assignments. It contributes to the community's goals by ensuring staffing levels meet regulatory requirements and budget constraints while managing absences and shift vacancies.

What you'll do

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences.
• Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours.
• Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned.
