What you'll do
- Analyze high-risk borrowers and prepare loan action plans
- restructure and renew loans and carry plans through resolution
- coordinate with attorneys, appraisers, and collateral inspectors
- handle bankruptcies and attend hearings or mediations with attorneys
- foreclose on and liquidate collateral as needed
- handle SBA guarantee claims
- monitor past-due loans and overdrafts
- assess loan grades, accrual status, collateral values, and reserves
- prepare special-asset reports
- serve as a voting member of the Special Assets Committee.
