What you'll do

• Supervise nursing personnel and shift activities
• oversee care planning and delivery, including care-plan review and updates
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds to evaluate resident status
• provide or assist with direct care when necessary, including daily living support, meals, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities.
