Food Production Packager — Day Shift

The Food Production Packager is an onsite role in Minot, ND, with listed weekday schedules of Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports a food production team preparing and packaging food products. The packager prepares ingredients, operates processing and packaging equipment, checks product quality, and maintains production records and sanitation. This work helps meet production goals while following food safety and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• operate and maintain food processing equipment, slicers, and packaging machines
• assemble, package, and label products
• monitor quality
• maintain production records and inventory counts
• help set up and clean production lines
• follow HACCP, GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures
• store ingredients and finished products properly
• rotate stock and alert supervisors to low inventory.
