What you'll do

• Clean kitchen, dishpit, café, restroom, and service areas
• wash dishes and cookware
• replenish supplies
• remove trash and recycling
• assist back-of-house staff with basic prep and storage
• receive and store deliveries
• maintain food-safe storage areas
• complete opening and closing cleaning duties
• follow health and safety guidelines.
