• Support the OR Coordinator with operating room operations, onboarding, hiring, supervision, and staffing

• serve as a resource to staff during operative procedures
• adjust staffing to patient care needs
• assist with quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory programs.

Why this role

Requires an accredited post-secondary nursing program, one year of orthopedic surgery experience, and a current Tennessee or compact RN license; BLS and ACLS must be maintained. PALS is preferred.
