What you'll do

• Represent institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing
• advise on loan origination
• conduct title, survey, lease, and property due diligence
• draft, review, and negotiate loan documents
• assist with mezzanine, securitization, and syndicated financing transactions where applicable
• support acquisitions, development, leasing, and owner/operator matters
• manage closings and coordinate transaction parties.
