What you'll do

• Manage recruitment and selection, including requisition management, screening, interview scheduling, offers, and processing candidates through hire
• build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
• develop applicant pools through community services, colleges, agencies, social media, and job boards
• forecast staffing needs
• provide pipeline updates
• advise on recruiting markets and strategies
• create sourcing strategies
• coordinate assessments and interviews
• support onboarding processes and materials.
