Lead HVAC Technician

The Lead HVAC Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Farmington, NM. Compensation is $25.64–$39.90 per hour. What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and perform HVAC and mechanical system work
• design and construct systems for city departments
• supervise assigned workers
• develop shop drawings, crew plans, schedules, material lists, and cost estimates
• coordinate projects and subcontractors
• track time and material purchases
• maintain shop stock
• schedule preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC and mechanical equipment
• coordinate code inspections and training
• ensure safety compliance.
