The Leasing Agent position is onsite in Essex, MD, with travel between properties potentially required. Compensation is $20 per hour. Apartment Services, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused leasing professional for its property management team. The agent supports apartment occupancy and resident experience by assisting prospective and current residents, conducting tours, processing applications and leases, and supporting renewals. The role also tracks leads, handles resident concerns, and helps maintain property presentation and compliance.

What you'll do

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• conduct apartment tours and lease apartments to qualified applicants
• process applications and prepare lease and move-in documents
• support resident retention and renewals
• track leads and leasing activity
• submit and track service requests
• maintain model units and community presentation
• review renters insurance compliance
• communicate with residents
• resolve concerns
• follow Fair Housing laws and company policies
• and maintain key control and property security.

Why this role
