Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The coordinator supports the Maintenance Director with upkeep and repair of the community’s physical plant, equipment, and grounds, while assisting housekeeping operations. The role helps keep the community safe, clean, comfortable, and ready for residents and visitors through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping services with other departments
• complete assigned work promptly and prioritize urgent repairs
• maintain compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• clean common areas and grounds
• perform floor and carpet care
• troubleshoot minor electrical, plumbing, structural, painting, and HVAC issues
• support grounds and pool maintenance
• participate in drills and safety activities
• respond to resident maintenance requests and log completed work
• assist with scheduled maintenance of community systems and equipment.
