What you'll do

• Generate and document qualified leasing traffic

• manage applications and compliance paperwork
• collect applicant documentation and review screening results
• coordinate timely move-ins
• review resident applications, certifications, and financial documents
• maintain client relations
• work toward 100% occupancy before transition.
