What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess customer needs
• pursue monthly revenue goals through new accounts and existing account opportunities
• support store opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• explain and assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• maintain store and work-area standards
• comply with company policies and achieve assigned performance metrics.
