Self-Hire Support Staff (OPWDD)

What you'll do

• Carry out tasks in the participant’s individualized habilitation plan
• provide support such as skills development, housekeeping, community activities and integration, or job coaching
• maintain confidentiality and MediSked case notes
• report on time and communicate schedule changes
• respect the participant’s home, possessions, and lifestyle choices
• complete required OPWDD and AIM training.
