What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
• support Montessori lessons and hands-on learning
• supervise and engage toddlers
• assist with meals, toileting and diapering, and transitions
• encourage independence, social-emotional development, and positive classroom behavior
• maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom
• communicate with children, families, teachers, and staff
• support classroom preparation and end-of-day routines.
