What you'll do

• Originate tenant relationships and source occupancy through outreach, networking, and market research
• develop asset-specific leasing strategies
• maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry participants
• manage a CRM or contact database
• travel to properties and meet prospective tenants and brokers
• cultivate regional and national tenant relationships
• analyze lease economics, tenant credit, operating expenses, and comparable leases
• negotiate lease terms and renewals with asset management and legal teams
• track market activity and demand
• represent TerraFlex at industry events
• provide market intelligence to acquisitions.
