Job overview

The Hotel Property Grounds Attendant role is onsite in Biloxi, MS, and pays $13 per hour. The attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and maintains the hotel’s exterior and outdoor public areas. The role exists to keep the property grounds and public spaces clean, orderly, and presentable for guests and staff, while supporting routine upkeep and storm preparation.

What you'll do

• Empty parking lot and exterior pool trash receptacles
• remove litter from parking, landscaped, and sidewalk areas
• maintain curb appeal and crew-member parking
• clear and maintain retention pond areas and shrubbery
• empty large trash receptacles into the dumpster
• water potted plants
• sweep parking areas as needed
• assist with securing pool furniture during storm preparation
• perform other duties assigned by management.
