What you'll do

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs
• remove locks when necessary and assist with delinquency lock processes
• control weeds and clean the property
• clean out vacated units and transport debris for disposal
• conduct property evaluations
• coordinate with vendors
• monitor property condition
• communicate concerns and updates
• assist with auction preparation as needed.
