Job overview
The Behavior Technician role is an onsite position based in Santa Fe, NM. Compensation is not specified for this role, which supports the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) department at Proud Moments. This role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
What you'll do
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA, collect data to monitor progress, support BCBA with family training, maintain communication with families and supervisors, and physically assist clients during sessions.
