• Evaluate, treat, and educate neuro-rehabilitation patients
• plan, organize, and coordinate recreation activities, functional leisure skills, and leisure education
• assess patient capabilities, interests, and barriers
• monitor progress and recommend program changes or modifications as needed
• perform home assessments and assist patients with transition to home and community.
