Behavioral Aide

• Develop behavior intervention plans with teachers, administrators, and other personnel
• establish behavior objectives for identified students
• teach and coach positive behavior strategies individually or in small groups
• observe students to identify possible behavior triggers
• review behavior data to assess intervention effectiveness.
