What you'll do

• Oversee daily service department operations
• manage advisors, technicians, porters, reconditioning staff, and workflow
• prioritize and complete vehicles
• monitor repair orders, labor times, productivity, and shop efficiency
• coordinate with other departments
• oversee diagnosis, repairs, inspections, parts, scheduling, warranty documentation, estimates, and customer satisfaction
• conduct production meetings.
