What you'll do

• Schedule and conduct resident certification interviews
• request third-party verifications
• review resident documents
• calculate income, assets, expenses, and rents
• collect updated documents
• review tenant files for regulatory compliance
• maintain waitlists and enter applications
• assist with resident inquiries, phones, work orders, and rent checks
• process initial, annual, and interim recertifications
• review Section 8 eligibility and identify income discrepancies.
