Description

Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional statuses and needs. Formulates nutrition assessment and care plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents nutrition treatment findings and plans in the medical record. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings.
