IT Support Specialist – Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• maintain Windows and macOS systems and Microsoft 365 services
• troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices
• support reporting platforms and QAD users
• manage incidents, service requests, user access, and IT assets
• document issues and perform root-cause analysis
• support onboarding, offboarding, audits, and IT projects
• provide after-hours or on-call support for critical incidents when required.
