What you'll do

• Supervise children and manage daily class functions
• follow school and regulatory health, safety, and care rules
• assess developmental needs
• implement lesson plans and classroom schedules using the Balanced Learning curriculum
• plan parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations with leadership
• maintain an attractive classroom
• provide recognition and consistent behavioral expectations
• perform classroom and common-area housekeeping
• attend required meetings, workshops, and school functions.
