What you'll do

• Manage an FX-focused trading book
• collaborate with the trading desk to execute team goals and meet risk standards
• analyze market trends, order flow, and technical patterns
• develop, test, and refine strategies using historical data and real-time conditions
• monitor macroeconomic events, central bank policy, and geopolitical developments
• research new strategies and improve existing ones
• monitor risk and PnL changes and communicate them to leadership
• grow the trading business through mentorships.
