What you'll do

• oversee resident care, assess changes in condition, and respond to emergencies. Monitor medication administration and treatment documentation, investigate and document incidents and concerns, maintain regulatory compliance, coach staff, complete audits and shift reports, communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and participate in quality improvement. A current Maryland RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of nursing experience are required. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
