Vocational Counselor

What you'll do

• Provide individualized career counseling, planning, and employment support
• help clients identify strengths, interests, skills, and goals
• assist with resumes, applications, interviews, and job readiness
• develop employment opportunities through employer outreach
• provide job coaching, onboarding support, and follow-up
• maintain case notes and service records
• and manage an assigned caseload.
