What you'll do

• Own recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement
• build candidate pipelines through outreach, networking, and referrals
• partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical roles
• source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other outreach
• manage candidate relationships.
