What you'll do

• Oversee commercial cleaning accounts and service standards
• supervise, support, train, and motivate cleaning personnel
• conduct building inspections and address service concerns
• monitor staffing, labor hours, and territory budgets
• assist with scheduling, training, attendance, performance management, and staffing
• participate in weekly operations leadership meetings
• communicate with customers, employees, and leadership
• take responsibility for account performance, retention, and employee engagement.
