What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, buildings, grounds, and equipment
• oversee contractors as directed
• complete routine carpentry, leak, painting, appliance, smoke detector, and lighting repairs
• identify maintenance needs and support safety and fair-housing compliance
• prepare vacant units and maintain common areas
• keep maintenance and inventory records
• participate in a five-week, multi-property on-call rotation.
