HVAC Technician — First Shift

The HVAC Technician role is onsite in Gulf Breeze, FL, on a first-shift Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is $27–$29 per hour. Crothall Healthcare provides support services exclusively to the healthcare industry, including facilities management for hospitals. The technician maintains and repairs HVAC and other building systems and equipment to support safe, reliable hospital operations. The role also documents work, coordinates job needs, and responds to facility emergencies as needed.

What you'll do

• Update work statuses and document completed tasks in the CMMS
• help coordinate staffing, materials, and timelines
• clean, lubricate, service, repair, and diagnose building systems and equipment
• assist with repair decisions and report major problems
• review vendor projects and prepare punch lists
• analyze and correct building-system problems
• support project management
• respond to facility emergencies
• maintain logs, perform rounds, and complete preventive-maintenance work orders, tests, and inspections.

Why this role
