The Field Service Technician – Public Transit Systems role is onsite in Washington, DC, with a third-shift schedule; pay is $28.74–$38.46 per hour. The technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs onboard hardware and software, supports installations and upgrades, documents work, and works with customers and internal teams to keep transit equipment operational.

• Maintain hardware and software on public transit vehicles
• provide startup, contracted service, warranty, troubleshooting, and training support
• diagnose and repair equipment
• document preventive and corrective maintenance
